I got rejected when I tried verifying my account, and received this email when I asked for the reason of this rejection:

I find the reason for rejection absurd and confusing. What is the risk in Saudi or UAE? I’m sure there are other countries that bitpay accepts who are riskier. All I wanted was to be able to accept cryptocurrency payments on my new website. Also, verified accounts who submit their passports + selfies are not risky. They can be easily tracked and found in case of any crime. It is silly to assume that the whole country is risky.

I hope Bitpay changes their view and reconsider their decision on this matter.
